But, I knew that Fall in NY would not be complete without a hard cider. So, in honor of this momentous Election Day, Swig State Cider!<br /><br />4.5 Gal of fresh pressed unpasteurized apple cider<br />Red Star dry wine yeast<br />2 lbs light brown sugar<br /><br />I'll be flavoring the cider after I rack it. I'm hoping for some pumpkin spice but we'll see how sweet it turns out.
